• 30g of dark chocolate
• 60ml of milk or plant-based drink of your choice
• 30ml of your favorite coffee, either espresso or Italian Moka (for this preparation we recommend El Soñador or El Galán for having more malted notes that pair perfectly with this recipe)
• 30g of whipped cream
• A pinch of orange zest
• A pinch of cinnamon or chocolate shavings

Step by Step to Prepare the Special Christmas Coffee Recipe

1. Heat the milk together with the chocolate and orange zest until the chocolate has melted and formed a thick drink with the milk.
2. Prepare the coffee either in an Italian coffee maker or as an espresso.
3. In a tall glass or cup, pour the chocolate mixture. And here comes our trick: a little whipped cream, the coffee, and finish with the rest of the whipped cream on which you will sprinkle the chocolate shavings or cinnamon.
