How to buy on the web?

Simple. select the products you want, add them to the cart and fill in the fields until you make the payment. But well, better explain it step by step:

The Registry:

What we do need is that when you register you give us accurate, truthful and updated information. And be careful, remember that you are solely responsible for the consequences if you give us incorrect, incomplete or false data. If we realize this, we can block your account. The Sale

The sale becomes official when you place an order and we accept it. It’s that simple!

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email where we will tell you that we have received your request and that we are working on it. We are on the move!

If you detect any error in the confirmation or do not agree with the data, contact us immediately! We want to fix it or cancel the order if necessary. Of course, check the data well because once the order has left, we will not be able to make any changes. So keep your eyes wide open!

We will send you the invoice for your purchase by email to the address you provided. But if you want to receive it on paper, you just have to tell us through our contact channels. We adapt to your preferences!

We are committed to keeping the stock of the products we offer on the web up to date. However, it may be that, on occasions, you buy something that is no longer available. Do not worry, in that case we will contact you to inform you of the situation and offer you different solutions:

  1. We will refund the money you already paid.
  2. We propose an alternative product.
  3. Or if you prefer, we can extend the delivery time while we replenish the stock.

Payment Methods

Once you have selected the products you want, you can choose between the following payment methods:

Credit or debit cards: You can pay with your card through our secure payment gateway. Don’t worry, you will be redirected outside the Website to complete the secure payment process. Once finished, you will return to the web and receive a confirmation email of your purchase. It’s that easy!

Prices and shipping costs

When it comes to prices, we are transparent and direct. The total price of each product will be clearly indicated in its description on the web. And yes, our prices include all those annoying taxes! So you will not have unpleasant surprises at the end of the purchase.

Now let’s talk about shipping, and here comes the best part! All our shipments to the Peninsula will be €4.50. We want you to enjoy your products without worrying about shipping costs.

Delivery method and term

We will do everything possible to ensure that you receive your products at the indicated address within 24/48 hours. Deliveries are made during normal delivery hours. It is important that you are available to receive the order, we don’t want you to miss it!

Important information about shipments

  • Orders will be shipped from Monday to Thursday.
    We do not ship on Fridays to prevent packages from being held at transport platforms over the weekend, as temperature conditions could affect the quality of the coffee. We want it to always arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next day, even urgent ones.

  • Orders placed on public holidays will be considered as placed on the next working day.

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

In the event of any delay, we will notify you immediately to keep you informed at all times.

Remember that we assume the risks of the order until delivery is made, unless there is a breach of your obligations as a customer (for example, not being available to receive it). In that case, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries and we may charge the costs arising from storage or other necessary arrangements.

Return policy

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, no problem. You have every right to do so and receive a full refund, as long as the order has not been shipped. Just contact us and we’ll fix it.

And if you receive a wrong or defective product, do not worry. Our intention is to deliver all our products in perfect condition, but sometimes mistakes happen. Just send us an email with a reasonably detailed explanation of the problem and the order number. And if we confirm that we have made a mistake, we will do what is necessary to replace the product and assume the shipping costs. Our priority is that you are satisfied and happy with the purchase.

Our thing is to roast specialty coffees every week, so we work with a fresh and freshly roasted product, so we can not put it back into circulation for sale. That’s how demanding we are with quality!, but if you have purchased a non-perishable product and want to cancel the purchase without having to give explanations, you’re in luck. You have fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not need a reason to do so, simply let us know by email to logistica@cafeirreverentes.com. Remember to include the order reference code, your name and shipping address, and the date of purchase.

If you decide to exercise this right, you must return the product unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Of course, you will have to take care of the return costs.

Once we have received the product in the same conditions in which it was sent, we will make the refund within thirty (30) days after your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used in the purchase, so that everything is easy and convenient.

Of course, keep in mind that, if you do not comply with the general and particular conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the products in the same conditions in which we sent them. We want a fair deal for everyone!

Incident management and responsibility of Irreverentes

We want to make it very clear, we are here to listen to you and solve any problem that may arise on the web. In addition, we would love to know how your purchase or the delivery of your order has gone. Cheer up and contact us in the way that suits you best.

If you have any problems and need to claim, be sure to send us a precise description of the reason and attach a copy of the order or the reference code that comes in the purchase confirmation email. We guarantee that we will respond to all incidents within a maximum period of five (5) working days and we will do everything in our power to solve any mess quickly.

We are responsible for any mishap caused by our clumsiness or negligence, whether due to our fault, our employees or representatives, in the course of this agreement. If for some reason you receive a product in poor condition due to our fault, you will be entitled to exchange, discount or even break the contract, in accordance with the return policy. We want you to be very satisfied with your purchases.

We will not be responsible for damages that you may suffer due to failures in internet communications. Unfortunately, we cannot control all defects or failures in the network. Nor are we responsible for the continuous and uninterrupted availability of our online shopping platform, nor for technical failures or disconnections that may occur during the transaction or the purchase process. And be careful, this disclaimer applies to our entire team.

We cannot take care of allergies or health problems related to the use of our products. Take precautions, okay?

We want to be fair and transparent with you. Our responsibility will be limited to the value of the product that has generated the claim.

Nor will we be responsible for breaches, impediments or delays in the fulfillment of the provisions of this Contract attributable to any cause of force majeure, including without limitation any natural disaster, actions of third parties including, merely enunciatively and not limited to, acts of governments and local and supranational authorities, detentions, arrests made by the competent authorities, strikes, lockouts, fires, floods, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, third-party software, non-existence or problems with the supply of public services (including incidents with the supply of electricity, telecommunications or internet) (hereinafter, “Cases of Force Majeure”). It does not matter if these situations are foreseeable or unexpected, we cannot bear the responsibility for all that.

Intellectual and industrial property

All Irreverentes products, including our designs, brands and industrial designs, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. This means that you cannot use them without authorization, so do not think about pirating our creations!

Do not be confused, by accepting this contract, we are not granting you a license to use our intellectual or industrial property, nor are we waiving any of our rights. Nor are we giving you hope of owning our designs. We want to make it clear that it is prohibited to alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate any content protected by intellectual and industrial property rights without our express authorization. We do not want you to get into legal trouble, so respect our rights!

Data protection

The personal data you provide us when registering is collected solely for the purpose of managing your orders and complying with this contract. This data will be part of a file of our property to facilitate our commercial transactions.

By accepting this contract, you are giving us your consent to process your personal data as mentioned above. But do not worry, you can always exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition. You just have to send us a letter to our address or an email or to our physical address along with a copy of your ID. We want you to be calm regarding your personal data.

Integrity of the contract

If any clause of these conditions is null, that does not mean that the entire contract is ruined. The other clauses will remain valid, if they do not suffer from said vice. In those cases, the null clause will be replaced by another equivalent.

Assignment of the contract

You cannot assign your rights and obligations as a customer to third parties without our express written consent. Do not try to pass your acquired position to another person without our permission. We are strict in this regard.

Termination of the contract

In addition to the reasons established by law, the contract may be terminated if there is mutual agreement of both parties, for lack of agreed payment, for reasons of force majeure that do not cease and are prolonged for more than two working days or for breach of the terms and conditions of our website by the customer. We want to maintain a relationship based on trust and compliance with the rules.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Our products and the acquisition of them comply with Spanish laws. If you are outside of Spain, you must verify if you can import or use our products according to the laws of your country. We do not want to get into international legal problems, so keep that in mind.

If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation or application of these conditions, the competent courts and tribunals will be those established by Spanish legislation. However, if you are a final consumer and the obligation is fulfilled elsewhere or your domicile is outside of Spain, we will submit to the courts and tribunals of Vilagarcía de Arousa, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
