X is a single-farm Ethiopian coffee that brings together everything that makes this origin special: complexity, character, and an explosion of fruity and floral notes. Coming from Worka Chelchelie (Gedeb) and cultivated by the producer Tanash Girma at more than 2,000 meters of altitude, this lot has been processed using the natural method and dried for 18 days on raised African beds, which enhances its sweetness and aroma.
In the cup, it shows a vibrant and elegant profile, with notes of apricot, pear, lemon, and magnolia flower, which evolve in each sip. It is a perfect coffee for both filter—where it displays all its complexity—and for espresso, offering a juicy, aromatic, and surprisingly clean cup.
