What Does Coffee Mean to You?

For me, coffee is much more than a drink: it’s a ritual, a conscious pause, and a bridge between people. It’s that little daily luxury that awakens the senses and connects you to something deeper.

What are your Favorite Moments to Drink Coffee?

Without a doubt, the first cup of the day, when everything is silent.

Coffee with Sweeter Notes or more Fruity and Floral Notes?

I lean towards fruity and floral notes. I love how they can tell a story of the bean’s origin, surprise you in every sip, and break with what one expects from traditional coffee.

How Do You Usually Drink Coffee?

I like coffee to speak for itself, without distractions. If the bean is good and well-prepared, it doesn’t need anything else. A good filter or a good double espresso depending on what I feel like.

What Recipe Do You Use to Prepare your Perfect Coffee?

Dare to try, to fail in some recipe, to ask, to browse. Specialty coffee is a huge world, and the beauty is to explore it without fear. It’s not about doing it “perfectly”, but about enjoying it your way.
